Q: How do I get tickets for the Navy-Notre Dame Game presented by Navy Federal & Navy Mutual?
A: Tickets for the 2016 Navy-Notre Dame Game presented by Navy Federal & Navy Mutual are available through Ticketmaster by phone at (800) 745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com

A: This game will showcase the Notre Dame Fighting Irish against the Naval Academy.

Q: What time does the Navy-Notre Dame Game presented by Navy Federal & Navy Mutual begin?
A: Kickoff for the 2016 Navy-Notre Dame Game presented by Navy Federal & Navy Mutual will be at 11:30 a.m. on November 5, 2016. The stadium gates will open up at 9:30 a.m.

Q: What side of the stadium will my team sit on?
A: The Naval Academy will sit on the west side of EverBank Field and Notre Dame will sit on the east side.

Q: At what age will my small child need a ticket to enter the game?
A: All children 24 months and older will require a ticket for the Navy-Notre Dame Game presented by Navy Federal & Navy Mutual. Children under 24 months do not require a ticket, but must sit in the lap of a parent during the game.

Q: How do I purchase car parking for the Navy-Notre Dame game?
A: Car parking for the Navy-Notre Dame Game presented by Navy Federal & Navy Mutual is available through Ticketmaster by phone at (800) 745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com

Q: Is Bus/Limo parking available for the Navy-Notre Dame Game presented by Navy Federal & Navy Mutual?
A: A limited number of Bus Parking spaces are available for $150. Limo Parking is available for $100. Bus and Limo parking is only valid for Game Day and can be purchased by contacting the JAXSPORTS Ticket Office at (904) 798-1700.

Q: Is handicapped parking available for the Navy-Notre Dame Game presented by Navy Federal & Navy Mutual?
A: Handicapped parking is available for purchase on a first come first served basis by contacting the JAXSPORTS Ticket Office at (904) 798-1700. A state issued handicapped placard or license plate is required to park in a handicapped parking space.

Q: Is there a handicap drop off area at the stadium?
A: There is a drop off area on both the east and west side of the stadium. The parking attendant will give you a pass that allows you access to the drop off area.

Q: Is tailgating allowed at EverBank Field?
A: Tailgating is allowed in the EverBank Field Parking lots. You are allowed the use of one parking space per parking pass held. If you need additional room for your tailgate set up, you may purchase additional parking passes and display them so they are visible to stadium staff. If you are bringing an RV or pull behind vehicle you will need a special pass that will grant you access to the appropriate lot.

Q: I lost my tickets for the game. How can I replace them?
A: The JAXSPORTS Ticket Office requires ticket holders looking to replace lost/stolen tickets prior to the day of the event, to fill out a Replacement Ticket Form. Only the Ticket Holder of Record for the account can complete a Replacement Ticket Form including their credit card number and expiration date to guarantee the integrity of the replaced tickets. Tickets that have been stolen will be replaced with an official police report at no charge to the Ticket Holder of Record. Tickets that have been lost or damaged will require a reprint fee. Please contact the JAXSPORTS Ticket office at tickets@jaxsports.com or (904) 798-1700 for more information.

Q: Where is Will Call located?
A: Prior to Game Day: Everyone picking up tickets at Will Call will need a photo ID to verify delivery. Tickets purchased through the JAXSPORTS Ticket Office will be available for pick up at the JAXSPORTS Office located in the east club entrance of the stadium between gates 3 and 4 on November 3rd– November 4th from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are only available for pickup on Game Day. On Game Day: Tickets purchased through the JAXSPORTS Ticket Office or Ticketmaster can be picked up at the EverBank Field box office located in the north end of the stadium between gates 2 and 3. Will Call opens at 9:00 a.m. Each participating school will also have a separate will call for tickets purchased through the schools respective ticket office. The schools will call areas are located at the north end of the stadium. Please contact the participating schools ticket office for more information regarding their will call procedure.

Q: I have tickets to the game, but can’t make it. Is there a way I can resell my tickets?
A: JAXSPORTS has partnered with TicketsNow to provide a service that allows Navy-Notre Dame ticket holders to resell tickets they can’t use. The service is called JAXSPORTS Ticket Exchange. You can click here to visit the TicketsNow website where you can post your tickets for resale at TaxSlayer Bowl Ticket Exchange.

Q: When can I expect my tickets to be delivered?
A: If you purchased through Ticketmaster via Phone or the internet please click here for information regarding the delivery of Ticketmaster purchased tickets. If you purchased directly from the JAXSPORTS Ticket Office, tickets will be sent out mid-September via UPS and USPS. If you have not received your ticket package by Tuesday, October 18th, please contact the JAXSPORTS Ticket Office at tickets@jaxsports.com or (904) 798-1700.

Q: Has the Navy-Notre Dame presented by Navy Federal & Navy Mutual game implemented the Clear Bag Policy?
A: The Navy-Notre Dame game has adopted the NFL Clear Bag Policy.

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into EverBank Field, the Navy-Notre Dame Game will limit the size and type of bag that may be brought into the stadium. We strongly encourage fans to not bring any type of bags, but outline what is permissible. Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12.” *Clear Bags available at all Fan Information Booths and Will Call locations.
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
  • Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.

 
Any medically necessary items must be pre-approved by JAXSPORTS. Please contact (904) 798-1700 to be considered for approval. All items will be subject to proper inspection at entry gate.

Q: What items are not allowed in the stadium?
A:  Items restricted from EverBank Field include, but are not limited to the following:

-Audio or video recording devices or cameras with lenses longer than six inches

-Food or beverage of any kind (unless for medical reasons)

-Cans, bottles, coolers or similar containers

-Firearms, explosives, or other incendiary devices

-Laser pens/pointer

-Noisemakers

-Promotional items

-Banners, flags or signs that may obstruct the view of patrons, obstruct stadium signage, promote an organization or company, be offensive in language, or pose a safety hazard including those attached to a pole.

-Weapons of any kind

-Laptop Computers

-Any other item deemed unacceptable by Stadium management.

-Blankets and Seat Cushions are items that are permitted in the Stadium
